Application Tool Announcement

Great news for Customer's Authorized Agents (CAAs)! Starting in January 2013, the Online Application Tool (the Tool) will integrate with SCE's Customer Relations Manager (CRM) system. The greatest benefit of this integration is that you will be able to check the status of your incentives applications at your convenience. Another great benefit is that common application processing hold ups, such as mismatched payee and tax information, will be minimized since both systems (the Tool and CRM) will share information. However, to enjoy these benefits we need to ask CAAs to do two things.

First, SCE needs to create your CAA firm's profile in our CRM system. Through the end of the year, we'll engage in multiple outreach activities towards this effort.

Second, because this integration of systems will phase out paper applications in early 2013, we'll provide ongoing training sessions on how to use the Tool. The next training sessions are on November 16 and 28. Both sessions provide a general overview of the Tool and are suitable for new or fairly new users. See left side bar for RSVP link.

Because not all CAAs have the same training needs, help us plan future training sessions by taking a survey to help determine timing, need, and interest. Click here to take a quick survey. To share this enews and survey link with your friends or colleagues, use the Forward link at the bottom of the enews. Survey respondents will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket.

In our next communication, we'll provide details on:

  • The information required to create your CAA profile
  • Upcoming outreach activities (for profile creation)
  • December's training sessions
