Due to your willingness to facilitate our Safety Champions Conference breakout sessions, we were able to fill every slot in record time. This is another example of how much our industry leaders care about creating a culture of safety. We truly appreciate your support.

Dear Coordinator:

You are cordially invited to attend the upcoming 2nd Annual Safety Champions Conference being held September 11-13, 2016 at the Talking Stick Resort, 9800 E. Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85256. One night of your stay (Sunday) will be covered for members of SMART who contribute to SMOHIT. If you are looking to cover the costs of your entire hotel bill during your stay, consider helping out as a small group facilitator.

We are recruiting facilitators for the two breakout sessions on Monday, September 12, and one during the morning session on Tuesday, September 13. The Facilitator's duties are to lead a small group under the direction of the prepared materials, and compile discussion notes to present during large group review and discussion. Facilitators are chosen on a first come, first served basis and there are limited spots available.

The Reception and Awards Ceremony will be held Sunday, September 11, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Breakfast on Monday, September 12, is at 7 am. The conference will start at 8:00 am and end about 4:00 pm. On Tuesday, we will start with breakfast at 7:00 am, and the conference will run from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
