Emilia-Romagna, Italy - With its gently fizziness & pretty nose of sour cherries, violets, & pomegranate, with a lovely minerality running right through the middle. Dry red wine with perfume of strawberries & wild berries. Fresh & elegant with a great lingering fruity character. Red vine licorice & sour cherry on the nose. We get a hint of cranberry skins, mixed with more cherry on the palate. This has nice acid & effervescence.
