2009 Raats Original Chenin Blanc

There is a distinctive yellow apple, pineapple, alongside with notes of green melon & lime. Structured, with fresh yellow & white fruit flavors. The wine finishes subtly, yet distinct with great minerality & citrus flavors. A classical example of this wine & shows the balance between power & elegance. Produced from vineyards of an average age of 35-year old bush & trellised vines, grown in both decomposed granite & Table Mountain sandstone soils. The wine is from both irrigated & un-irrigated vines.

2012 Ken Forrester Petite Chenin Blanc

A youthful fresh wine with quince & pear drop flavors. Earlier picked freshness shows on palate with crunchy green apple & grapefruit flavors. Good mouthfeel & appetizingly tangy finish. Soil: Duplex soils, fine sandy loam on a clay base Aspect: south-south-west. Hand harvested, fermented cool, bottled early to show the freshest fruit flavors.

2013 DMZ Cabernet Rose' - Western Cape

This crowd pleasing rosé displays alluring aromas & juicy flavors of pomegranate, watermelon & strawberries, accented with delicate floral & spice hints. Deep salmon pink developing onion skin tones. Cherries & strawberry nose, followed by crispy summer fruit salad palate. The balance is perfect ending dry & crisp enticing you to take another sip!

2009 Ken Forrester Petite Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot. This fresh, approachable Bordeaux blend is crafted in a soft, fruit-driven style. It's packed with rich flavors of ripe blackberries & plums & undertones of cigar box & spice, enhanced by smooth, fine-grained tannins. "Black currant leaf & juicy plum guts abound on the nose of this Bordeaux-style blend, & those aromas transition into the dominating flavors of the palate alongside suggestions of pepper & sweet smoked meat.
