Friday Tasting Lineup
Greetings!

Tomorrow we welcome the folks from Texas' own Pontotoc Vineyards!  The mission of Pontotoc Vineyard is to make savory, concentrated, and complex wines of exceptional quality from grapes grown in and well-suited to Texas. All of the wines are made with at least a portion of the grapes grown at Pontotoc Vineyard and are named after historic locations and geological formations in the Northern Hill Country. The grapes are hand harvested and hand selected to ensure the wines are made with only premium quality fruit. All of the wines are made by well-known Texas winemaker, Don Pullum, who is considered an honorary member of the Money Family, with the assistance of Carl, who gained practical winemaking experience while working in Spain and Croatia, and Frances, who has an exceptional palate and is developing pastry pairings for Pontotoc Vineyard wines.  Notes below.  See you there!
