Juicy, clean, light. Fresh & grapefruity palate, more apple on the nose. Focused bouquet goes from citrus to more tropical fruit like lychee & mango. Crisp acidity. Light bitterness of grapefruit pith & mineral makes it finish very clean and fresh. Lengthy, fruit filled finish.

2010 Château La Petite Borie Bordeaux
Rounder, softer, lighter style. 60 Merlot, 20 Cabernet Sauvignon, 20 Cabernet Franc. Very dry. Youthful baked cherry fruit, some dried floral action - roses. Nice spice. Grip, aged in stainless with oak staves. Nice at the price! Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for twelve months before bottling. Balanced red fruit finish.

2010 Château Fleur de Lisse Saint Emilion
Richer on the nose, bigger - 14.5%. Inexpensive Right-Bank tastiness - More lush, full-bodied. Concrete vat, tannic grip from skins, with white pepper note. 70 Merlot, 30 Cabernet Franc. 12 months in 30% new French oak. Fat, blackberry pie, raspberry. Ripe brambly blackberries and toasty pie crust on the finish. The coveted "4" rating. Great with game. Earthy finsh.

2010 Château Saint Anac Bordeaux Moelleux
50 Semillon, 50 Muscadelle - Stopped ferment, 4g RS, Floral, white peach. Aperitif - Gin : Watermelon : Saint Anac. Tasty goodness. Refreshing, with some honey aromas, fleshed out by Semillon, given acidity by the Muscadelle. An interesting combination of delicately delivered power or powerfully delivered delicacy.
