Friday Night Tasting Lineup
2011 Fermi Bottigas Xarel- lo
Pale yellow color with green hues. Fresh aroma and powerful at the beginning: fresh fruit and acid pineapple. Its evolution in the glass emphasizes the complexity with notes of white fruits, apricot on a background of aromatic herbs and sweet species. In the mouth there prevails a perception of softness brought by a good acidity surrounded by the great structure of the xarel*lo from the Òdena area in Catalonia.

NV Bodegas Fermi Bohigas Rossinyol Rosé de Moragas
100% Trepat! An extraordinary, fruity bouquet that has been preserved due to the delicately low temperatures of the wine-making process. In cellar for a minimum of 12 months before disgorging. Fresh strawberry nose. Lingering flavors of currant, cherries and cassis. Its structure is balanced and its body is light, as befits a cava of medium alcoholic strength; well balanced, rather non-astringent, due to the very light pressure used for grape-pressing.
