Plan Changes for 2014?

The end of year is fast approaching.  If you have pharmacy benefit plan changes that you'd like to ensure implemented on January 1, 2014, we recommend submitting them by November 1, 2013.  Please let us and your CVS Caremark Account Manager know if you are wanting to make changes, or if you have any questions regarding your plan.

Chris Schanz can be reached at cschanz@nationalcooperativerx.com

Wayne Salverda can be reached at wsalverda@nationalcooperativerx.com

We'll be sending out individual emails next week with more information regarding plan changes and a reminder of how to reach your Account Manager at CVS Caremark.
