File Claims with HealthPartners Administrators, Inc.
CoOportunity Health contracts with HealthPartners Administrators, Inc. to provide claims processing, medical management and certain other administrative services on our behalf.
Please work with your vendor to verify that a connection is established for your electronic data interchange (EDI) needs with one of the listed clearinghouses as you will submit claims and other transactions to HealthPartners, not Midlands Choice.
