Coming Soon: Kiosk Software Update
Service Pack 2
The 365 Development team has been hard at work building several highly- requested features.
In order to take advantage of these new features, your kiosks must be upgraded to Service Pack 2 (SP2), our latest update to your kiosk software. 365 will be reaching out to each customer to schedule this upgrade in the weeks ahead.
Below is a brief listing of the features Service Pack 2 enables. Details on how to activate these new features will be included during your upgrade process. Please contact us if you have any questions. A 365 representative will be in touch shortly with upgrade details.

Managing Your MicroMarket
Running Cash In Reports
In Support, one of the questions that is brought up frequently is how to run Cash In reports - particularly in the case that the report was ran and no receipt came out.
First, it is important to ensure your receipt paper is properly installed. We've put together a quick tutorial on how to install the receipt paper correctly, which can be found below:

Once the receipt paper has been properly installed, you should have no issues running your Cash In report and getting the results on a receipt.
In addition, we offer an online method for running the Cash In report that can be accessed through SmartHQ. Once you log in to SmartHQ, you will select the Cash In Summary report:
From there, you will select the location(s) and the date range you want to run the report for.
You will then see the Cash In report which includes Location, Date, Bill Count and Dollars In.

Sage's Story
An Update on the 365-Sponsored Rescue Dog
For those of you who don't know, 365 has been sponsoring Sage, a rescue dog, for several months and you're welcome to read her full story in this previous issue of our SmartNews. When we first found out about Sage, she was abused and malnourished. In the months since adopting her, however, she's made incredible strides to becoming a happy, loving dog.
The biggest update on Sage that we can offer is that she has been adopted by Angela Forge and her kids. Angela is our Director of Operations and the one who has been volunteering with Sage from the start. She already has two dogs at home, which Sage has gotten along with wonderfully. Since she was rescued from a kill shelter in North Carolina, the Michigan winter has been Sage's first experience with snow. Thankfully, she has been more curious than afraid - a huge milestone for her given her history.

Sage still has a few hurdles to cross when it comes to meeting new people, though. She stays in our office most days (pictured in her office bed, above) and has grown on a lot of the employees here at 365.
This year, she had steak for Christmas and gets plenty of love and attention every day - which is a long way from where she was just a few months back.
