365 has drastically reduced the price of the Barcode Coin/Cash Dispensing SmartHUB, from $17,750 to $13,750, making it much more affordable to offer coin and cash acceptance and dispensing to clients. In a recent MicroMarket study done by industry veteran Brad Bachtelle, nearly 16% of all study respondents said adding cash acceptance and dispensing would make it a better experience.

Development Updates

Delete Summary Feature

Our development team has tackled a large feature request for our customers. The 'Delete Summary' page has been updated to include item UPC, unit cost, and total cost. This allows operators to see how much money they are removing from their stores (generally due to throwing away from spoilage/damage or theft).

We are working hard to make the consumer and operator experience as seamless as possible. Our bi-weekly SmartNews updates will include updates to benefit your MicroMarket.

Data and assistance remotely

Cafection's Innovation series is the first to add a secure and free web-based Management Tool. Available for both the Total 1 and the

Total Lite, the units can be accessed remotely to either configure and manage the brewers or monitor day-to-day transactions. Now the machines can even send your service department an email should it need attention. All you need is an Internet connection to access the data via your smart phone, computer or laptop.
