to launch MicroMarket Industry Standard
Responding to the continued growth of MicroMarkets by vending operators,
365 Retail Markets and Avanti Markets have partnered to develop the industry's first data integration standard. Known as AIM - Access Integration and Management - this standard will allow MicroMarket operators to leverage their existing investment in vending management systems to more efficiently manage their growing base of MicroMarkets.

Meet Ralf Lindackers - VP of Engineering
An engineering perspective of MicroMarkets
"In 2011 I met Joseph Hessling, CEO of 365 Retail Markets. I knew minimal about the vending industry, as most of my professional life was spent in automotive product design.Joe had my full attention when he presented me his ideas and vision for the next generation in vending technology.
 To execute Joe's vision, 365 Retail Markets needed a solid
strategy for Software and Hardware development, since there was not a "Point of Sale Kiosk" on the market that met our requirements. Then it was my job to specify our "SmartHUB" and find a capable manufacturing partner. We evaluated several kiosk manufactures in the U.S. and abroad. We felt it important to differentiate ourselves from our competitors in design elements and sourcing strategy.
Now, in 2013, we are working with two U.S. based hardware manufacturers. We are currently launching our third generation "SmartHUB" and made the strategic decision to assemble this new design in-house, which will give us full process, quality and design control. 365 Retail Markets is based in Southeast Michigan, the heart of the automotive industry. This beneficial location leverages many highly qualified key component suppliers and engineering talent.
I am confident that we can build a cost effective "SmartHUB" to the highest quality standards. I am very excited to be part of such a fast growing, innovative, technology company, which is changing the vending and food service industry."
