Meet Lisa!
Greetings!
Meet Lisa, CSP's newest addition to the staff. Here are some fun facts about our new HomeTown Associate Director;
Name, Hometown, and Degree
1. Lisa Ellen Schnittker (soon to be Cohen!) Tucson, AZ.
Bachelors in Intercultural Studies, minor in Biblical Studies.
Briefly describe your position at CSP
2. HomeTown Associate Director - overseeing the Biola and Azusa ministry trips over Winter and Spring breaks. Develop/Train leaders, teams, and high school bible clubs. Expand and Advance the Hometown Department.
What prompted you to join full-time staff?
3. Christ has filled me to the point of overflow, and where He wanted that overflow directed was my asking question during graduation. Being led to CSP was an awesome blessing as I get to use my skills and experience. It felt like a perfect transition after being the Director of the Short-Term Missions Department (Student Missionary Union) while attending Biola; where I oversaw all the teams that went overseas during winter and spring breaks. I was very familiar with CSP as my fiance, Kris Cohen, was their Student Associate Director his senior year, and my best friend and her husband (Marissa and Ollie, who are both student worker's) are in their fourth year of working with CSP.
How do you hope to see God use you in this new position?
4. Develop the Hometown Department to the best that it can be. Develop and train as many students as possible to become solid leaders, living out the gospel in every area of their lives.
How can we as the CSP network be praying for you?
5. Wisdom, humility, and discernment in all that I do. Sacrificial love for the CSP staff and every student.

Twice a year CSP hosts an all-day training event for the high school Bible club leadership. Join us TOMORROW at Biola University from 3:30 - 4:00 to hear from these students about their outreach plans for the semester. High school students will spend the day in exciting training discussions planning their semester's outreach. If you are a parent, teacher, youth pastor, friend, or just someone who loves to pray for high school students and wants to hear from them directly, please come to the conclusion of this event! It is an encouraging and uplifting time of prayer, worship, and dreaming about the outreach plans ahead. Hope to see you there!
