Story of the Week
Biola Go Conference
Greetings!
"We are vessels that you may use however you want."
"Please use us in our schools; it's your year, Father, your will above ours."
"You are Jehovah Jireh, provider, thank you for what you have done already."
These were the prayers of high school students last Saturday.

Prayer and Worship at the GO Conference
|
It is a rare occurrence in this world to see 30 high school kids, even from rival high schools, worshipping our God with hands lifted high next to each other. At the Biola Go Conference on Saturday high school Christian club presidents came together with their campus mentors to think creatively about how they could impact their campus through outreach.
Pamela from Gahr High learned how to plan and be excited for what God has for her.
"God is going to be working at Gahr. Not everyone knows what love is; it becomes so cheapened in our world. But God's love is huge and it can

change people at their core," Pamela said.
Each school had the opportunity to share their vision with everyone at the conference and pray for their school. Many requested
prayer that their Christian club would grow. They are expecting God to do big things.
"The Lord is great and he is doing a great work in this ministry. Yesterday two people at my school got saved. God is already starting to move," Joseph from Esteban E Torres High said.
At his school, Joseph is surrounded by atheists and he wants to tell them that God is real, here, and can do all things.
"Today got us really excited to have a fresh start to share God at our school. [The atheists] are not hating God for a reason-they're broken inside. We want to show God's love to everyone because His love erases everything," Joseph said.
Jon, a CSP intern who coordinated the event, said, "We built up momentum and got the students excited. Being consistent with them is a long process throughout the year, but today sets the foundation and expectation."
Pray for the students who attended the Go Conference that they can keep the momentum from the day throughout the semester.
Pray for the two students who were saved at Joseph's school.
Pray for more students to join the Christian clubs.
Pray that these students will be equipped to share God's word and shine brightly on their campuses.
