Thank you to all the Farmington and local businesses who helped sponsor and participate in our Winter events with their employees, families, and friends. We got rave reviews once again for the holiday decorations on Route 4 Bridge and Unionville Center and we all had fun at the annual Jingle Bell Jubilee in Unionville. Lots more to come this year!

Development Partnership with City of Hartford
The City of Hartford, in collaboration with the Town of Farmington, has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for real estate development services to formulate a strategic plan for an 86-acre parcel of land located in Farmington (corner of Fienemann & Slater Rd) and owned by the City of Hartford. The intent is to assist the City and Town in selecting a developer for the property. Responses to the RFQ must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12. Questions and Requests for Information should be directed to Elisa Hobbs, City of Hartford-Economic Development Division, via hobbe001@hartford.gov.
