On the Total Programme you have four foodpacks a day packed full of all the nutrients your body needs, some water (or other drink) and that's all there is to it. Then just watch the weight drop off. Add to this, a small, select group session every week run by myself, a trained and experienced counsellor, for some quality "me time" focussing just on you to help you understand your behaviours with food and how to change them, and you'll greet the New Year like a new person way ahead of all of those who are waiting to make their New Years resolutions. I run weekly groups on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for both Men and Women, Total and Lite Programmes plus the Fast option and a support group for Life Members. Everyone is supported in their journey to full awareness and a slim, fit, healthy body.
