Two of the most frequent questions I and my team get asked are:
1. What time are the groups and pop ins now?, and
2. Which is the right group for me?
I've also more recently had several people comment that they don't like driving in the dark and would prefer to get to me before it gets dark, so, I have decided to open up earlier by starting the pop in at an earlier time every day (Monday to Thursday) and, am considering opening up day time groups, if, there is sufficient demand. So, if a day time group would suit you better, just let me know. If I have four or more clients want one then I will set one up.

MONDAY
4pm to 5.30pm = POP IN
5.30pm to 7.00pm = LADIES RETURNERS
7.15pm to 8.45pm = LADIES 4 WEEK GROUP
TUESDAY
4pm to 5.30pm = POP IN
5.30pm to 6.45pm = MEN'S GROUP
7.00pm to 8.30pm = LADIES TOTAL GROUP (New Clients Only)
WEDNESDAY
3.30pm = INITIAL APPOINTMENTS
4.30pm - 6.00pm = POP IN
6.00PM = INITIAL APPOINTMENTS
7.00pm-8.30pm = LADIES RETURNERS
THURSDAY
4.00pm-5.30pm = POP IN
5.30pm - 7.00pm = LADIES MANAGEMENT AND LITE
7.00pm to 7.30pm - POP IN 2. Which is the right group for me?
LighterLife offers groups for pretty much anyone with a BMI of 25 or over, but which one is the right one for you can get confusing, so, here is a clear guide to help you determine which one is right for you. I've also "colour coded" the descriptions to the timings above - clever eh?!?:-
LADIES TOTAL GROUP (New Clients only)
This is for ladies who are new to LighterLife and who either have a BMI or 28 or above, or, have a lower BMI but a waist measurement of 88cm or higher. Ladies in this group follow the Total abstinence programme which will give them an average weight loss of a stone a month coupled with our unique group counselling to help them understand their relationship with food and help to change the way they think about food to keep the weight off. Prior to commencing this Programme, ladies need to book a free, no obligation Initial Appointment with me so I can check they are suitable for the Progeramme and they can be fully informed of how it works before deciding to join. If they are suitable, most can start the Total Abstinence part of the Programme straight away.  |

LADIES 4 WEEK GROUP
This is a "mini" Bootcamp for Ladies only who have previously been clients and who wish to commit to following the Total Programme for a set period of four weeks. All four weeks must be completed or inclusion on future set time period groups will not be possible.
LADIES RETURNERS
These groups are for Ladies only who have either left the Programme early in the past for whatever reason and wish to return, or, have completed the Programme but for various reasons old habits have started to creep back in and weight is starting to return and they wish to enter into a group for full support. You can follow either the Total Programme or Lite Programme in this group.
LADIES MANAGEMENT AND LITE
This is both a support group for those Ladies who have successfully seen the first two stages of the Programme through to completion (Stage 1- Total Abstinence, Stage 2 - Management Phases) and are now weight maintaining and looking for support to do so. It is also the group for Ladies going through Stage 2 - Management Phases and for those ladies on the Lite Programme.
INITIAL APPOINTMENTS
LighterLife is not just another diet. I think the best way to describe us is as a Counselling service with a diet "attached". Because we are unique in the weight loss world it can be a little confusing to fully understand what we do, therefore, as an ethical, professional organisation we invite you to come along to a free, no obligation Initial Appointment first of all to meet me and find out what entering into the exciting world of LighterLife means. Also, because we are regulated by the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) we do need to ask you some questions about your current state of health to check you are suitable to do a reduced calorie diet, as not everyone is (how many other weight loss companies do that??). POP IN'S
Pop Ins are for any client, male or female, who are registered with me. Generally, Pop In's are used by Life Members who wish to purchase ad hoc amounts of foodpacks to assist with weight maintaining, or, for clients in any of the groups who are unable to get to their group session that week for some reason,
