Good mornin'
Walk with a Doc Newsletter
How are you on this fine morning? Thank you for joining us. That's me with the guitar (to the right; not up top)
Our research team found this nice article on ABC News last night. We thought you might like to see it.
SPOILER ALERT: Exercise is really, really good for you. This article highlights 7 of many health problems that exercise helps. One of them is kind of dirty, but since it's in a link, your spam filter should miss it.
(It's ABC News, how raunchy can it be?)
We are big fans of Dr. John Ratey, the Harvard psychiatrist quoted in the food cravings section above. I heard him speak a few years ago and became a fan. Then I read his book Spark and I became a fan for life. He's authored dozens of articles and books pioneering the science of exercise and the brain; while I'm just looking for the next good fart joke.
Anyway, John's TED talk below is great for this forum and we are incredibly grateful for his contributions to the field.

Here's hoping you have a wonderful weekend filled with Hindu Squats.
We're proud of you and your efforts to make a difference in your life and your friends' lives.

Stay hungry. Stay foolish.
