Greetings!
Good morning! We hope this morning's communication finds you well. We chose happiness as a theme this week because there is a lot of that going around. Please read on to see just a few of the things that has WWAD HQ all a glow.

If I don't get a chance to see you again today, have a great Friday!
Great news!
Kathryn's pregnant!
Our Executive Director and her family are expecting their third child this July.
Please join us in congratulating Kathryn and Matt on their exciting news!

Busy = Happy

In the last couple days we've heard from a health and wellness coordinator in Aitkin, Minnesota; an ophthalmologist in Indiana; a CFO in eastern Georgia (for 8 new sites), and the Chair of Medicine at a prestigious university on the left coast.

Everyone will be doing the program for free and getting all the consulting help they need.
Just like every other WWAD program, they will receive tons of free marketing material, free T-shirts, free pedometers, and a lot more for their participants.
Also, just like every other WWAD program, they will be saving lives.
#thankyou

Elite 8!
Walk with a Doc World HQ is based in Columbus, Ohio home of The Ohio State University.

Thanks to brilliant coaching and clutch play by a collection of fine, young men, the Buckeyes survived and advanced over Jimmy Kimmel and a tough Arizona team last night! O-H...

2013 Walk with a Doc's Commercial of the Year

We first caught this during the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. It puts the whole office in a
great mood every time we see it. (1:31)

Doesn't it seem that the most simple answer is usually the best.
The same holds true here.

As I'm sure you've heard, for the first time in history our children are projected to live shorter lives than we do.
We have a responsibility to change that, we have the power to change that, and we have the ANSWER to change that.
We simply need to go for a walk (swim, bike, run, etc.) 30 minutes/5 days a week. For many, it's the best 150 minutes of the week (save for the 3 minutes Saturday night after the kids are in bed, hubba hubba)

Start a WWAD in your community.
Honestly, it's going to be there eventually, you might as well be the one responsible for bringing it to town. Again, it's free and our team does a lot of work to help.

By bringing the doc and the participant outside the office and the hospital, all of us can literally transform the way medicine is practiced.
Thank you for your time this morning.
We are honored to be on your team and together we can and we will get this done.

Stay hungry, stay foolish,
