The Wall Street Journal this week shared that only 3.5% of adults between the age of 20-59 are getting the appropriate amount of exercise each week. Thank YOU for getting your 150 minutes each week. Thank YOU for showing others how ridiculously simple, easy, and delicious it is. Thank YOU for your belief in a better quality and quantity of life. It's no secret - 150 minutes of moderate walking (elliptical, swimming, bike, you name it) is the Fountain of Youth.
