Greetings!
Good morning! Have you been taking advantage of the cold weather and eating a lot of healthy comfort food? Well, "we both love soup" and this Chicken Tortilla Soup is just what the doctor ordered. Head Chef Kristin Jo served it up Monday night and it was SO good that we just had to share.
You know, my first thoughts looking at this picture are (1) it must be delicious and (2) hard to make. Well, it was truly fantastic and she said it was simple (I was playing Angry Birds).
Here's the recipe - trust me, it's a winner.
I've also heard it might not hurt to pair it with Pinot Noir (cardioprotective).

Arthritis - Good News
John Volpi (WWAD - Columbus) has been an integral part of the team for years. John forwarded us this short, effective, and myth-exposing video.
Does jogging cause arthritis?
Does jogging cause arthritis?

It's been a great week with tool-kits going out to Jackson, MS; Houston, TX; Annville, PA; DeForest, WI; and Kettering, OH.
The Wall Street Journal this week shared that only 3.5% of adults between the age of 20-59 are getting the appropriate amount of exercise each week.
Thank YOU for getting your 150 minutes each week.
Thank YOU for showing others how ridiculously simple, easy, and delicious it is.
Thank YOU for your belief in a better quality and quantity of life.
It's no secret - 150 minutes of moderate walking (elliptical, swimming, bike, you name it) is the Fountain of Youth.

Stay hungry, stay foolish, and stay HUNGRY!
We care about you.

David
