Good morning! What a beautiful week! We've been getting a lot of guilty calls to the office. Guilty calls? Community members have been concerned that it's too easy to get their 150 minutes/week. "There's got to be more to it than this," they say. "I park in the back of the lot. Walk for 10 minutes during my break. By the way, I come back into the office a new person (they say under their breath). I walk for 20-30 minutes with my wife/husband/lover when I get home, and before I know it, it's only Wednesday and I have 185 minutes. I feel better everyday! Am I doing something wrong?" Nope. Kathryn just smiles and says, "You're perfect. Pat yourself on the back and go have an apple. You've earned it." We must have received 110 calls like just last week alone! No guilt. All pleasure.
