Greetings!

Thank you for your inquiry.

The movement for emotional emancipation is growing dramatically and we have been working diligently to roll out Emotional Emancipation (EE) Circle trainings to all who are interested in becoming facilitators and/or trainers. We have completed or will shortly complete trainings in over 13 cities and 4 countries and we are working hard to keep up with all the requests that are coming in. We are emailing you today to let you know that more EE Circle trainings will be scheduled in the months ahead, and you will receive additional information based on your interest and location. If you have not done so already, be sure to "Like" Community Healing Network on Facebook for news and updates.

EMOTIONAL EMANCIPATION STORIES VIDEO CHALLENGE

We need your help. We are inviting supporters to share stories and feelings about the lie of Black inferiority and the movement for emotional emancipation. Stories can include:
  • personal struggles around different aspects of the lie of Black Inferiority--stories about Black hair, dark skin, challenges in school, at work, feelings about what's been happening in places like Ferguson, Baltimore, and Charleston and how they relate to the lie of Black inferiority and the need for the movement for emotional emancipation.
  • why you think we need a movement for emotional emancipation--to free ourselves from the lie and heal from the trauma of racism.
Your stories will help us raise awareness and build a community of support to reduce the stigma around these issues within the Black community.
