Schools - The Beneficial Use Of PAF and DGR Funding
With adequate active fundraising by the school itself, the benefits of tax deductible gifts can be applied in a variety of ways to assist with both capital and recurrent needs.

Elder Law - National Rollout of My Aged Care Portal  

On 1 July 2015 the national rollout of the portal commences, introducing client registration, screening, home support assessment and referral to service providers.

Dispute Resolution - Tribunals Amalgamation from 1 July 2015 - What you need to know

The Tribunals Amalgamation Bill 2015 (Cth) ("the Bill") will cominto effect on 1 July 2015. This means that from 1 July 2015, the Social Security Appeals Tribunal, and the Migration Review Tribunal-Refugee Review Tribunal will be merged into the Administrative Appeals Tribunal .
