UBIT dumped - finally some certainty for Charities on this front
The Government announced on 13 May 2014 that it does not intend to proceed with the "Better targeting not-for-profit tax concession measure" reforms at this time (which is code for the proposed UBIT - Unrelated Business Income Tax has been dumped ... for now at least).
