Fairer, simpler and more effective tax concessions for the not-for-profit sector - Discussion Paper

A Tax Working Group has prepared a discussion paper seeking to promote discussion on possible changes to tax concessions enjoyed by Charities.

Issues such as the potential extension of DGR status to all Charities and removal of FBT exemptions and concessions are discussed.

It makes sense to know what is being discussed and consider letting your voice be heard if you have concerns.

Our team of specialist Not for Profit and Charity lawyers are well placed to assist you with any submission you may like to make. We are happy to review and have input into a submission you prepare or prepare one for you.

Go to the Discussion Paper.

We have added the link to this Discussion Paper on our NFP Reform summary page. Be sure to bookmark that page and check it from time to time for an update about where the reforms are up to.
