Local SCORE Success Story
When the Pittsford Volunteer Ambulance (PVA) needed help developing their strategic plan they reached out to SCORE. Two experts from SCORE, Larry Feldman and Frank Reynolds, offered the experience, skills and credibility they needed.
Over the next several months teams were formed to tackle every aspect of their plan focused on analysis, benchmarking, and branding. The SCORE mentors offered an open planning process which enabled PVA's plan to be achieved and approved. SCORE mentors continue to support PVA while the plan is being implemented.
