Greetings!
Our October meeting featured Troy & Marjorie Miller, who shared how they work together to create an amazing experience for their wedding clientele. It was interesting to see their different perspective to the business, and how they work together to grow it into a striving, successful company. They provided some amazing tips that would apply to all areas of business not just wedding photography.
Our next meeting will be our final DPC for 2015. Note that our meeting will be the third Thursday, November 19th due to the Thanksgiving holiday. This will also be our last meeting for 2015. Where has the year gone?!
As we approach the end of our year, we will be asking for additional nominations from the floor for our 2016 PPLAC board. Here are the individuals nominated so far:
Ballots have been sent and are due back NO LATER than 11/16/15. The new board will be announced at the November meeting, and will be installed at our Open House meeting on Thursday, January 21, 2016.
Keep in mind that the next PPC image competition will be February 27, 2016 and for the first time, affiliate members can enter the competition including being eligible for awards.
So have a great month, and get out there and shoot some amazing images...
