Our February Digital Photographic Competition was amazing. The first competition of the year displayed some beautiful images, and in the end, we congratulate George DeLoache for his "Best Of Show" winning image.

Our upcoming March meeting will feature Piper Mackay, presenting her amazing work from Africa which has been featured in National Geographic.  Her work will truly inspire you.  Also, note that the meeting is on the THIRD Thursday, March 19th, as we have moved up the meeting to avoid conflict with the PPC Conference and Expo the following week.
 
The PPC Conference and Expo starts March 25th with classes and continues through Sunday, March 29th.  The expo has a ton to offer you such as:

February Event Recap: Vasquez Rocks with Jim Akers
 
Jim Akers did it once again - he hosted an incredible safari! This time, he led talented photographers to the terrains of Vasquez Rocks where they captured incredible scenery. What a great way to spend a Wednesday!


 

February Event Recap: Death Valley Safari
 
Three brave photographers ventured out to Death Valley from February 9th-11th with only one thing in mind - to capture Mother Nature's work of art. Bob Young, his wife June, and John Grusd spent early mornings and cold nights in the middle of the desert in attempt to take home a piece of what they've experienced. And it was worth it! Check out their incredible work!
