I hope you didn't have a lapse in memory and miss our April general meeting!  David Saffir presented everything you ever wanted to know about Time Lapse Photography. His discussion included tips on equipment, accessories and then the how-to of post-processing the bucket load of images you just captured.  It was very interesting indeed.

This past weekend saw the arrival of the PPC Expo and Conference.  There were some amazing speakers and topics, and those who chose to arrive at o'7  am early were treated to some amazing topics.  And a very special congratulations to our PPLAC affiliate, as our images took 2nd place in the Affiliate Print Competition.  We were represented with 8 amazing images.  Congrats to IVPPC for their 1st place win.

The upcoming May 22nd meeting will be our Digital Image Competition evening.  So start preparing those images now, as the May 18th deadline for submitting the images is fast approaching.  And don't forget we have a very special June general meeting/workshop with Arica Dorff presenting "Pet'ographique".  This will be a combination meeting/workshop, so if you have an interest in learning and having a hands-on workshop, then don't miss out on our June 26th meeting. This is a first for PPLAC, and the hands-on workshop/meeting will be free to PPLAC members, and just $29 for guests and/or affiliate members.
