Dear Professional and Life Members of Professional Photographers of Los Angeles County,

Please go to our website to read the PPC Bylaws and PPLAC Standing Rules.  If you have any issues or objections, please contact PPLAC President Bob Young at bypjsm@sbcglobal.net before the March meeting.  The PPLAC Bylaws and PPLAC Standing Rules will be voted on at our general meeting on Thursday, APRIL 25, 2013.

Amendments to the Bylaws will be submitted in writing or by secure electronic voting software systems via members e-mail addresses, as deemed needed by the current board of directors at a scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors.  Following the approval by the Board of Directors, the amendments shall be published in the newsletter for two (2) consecutive months.  Voting by ballot will be at the next General Meeting of the membership following the second date of publication.

Congrats to all of those who took part in our first Digital Photographic Competition of the year. DPC gives us the opportunity to learn from judges' critiques of not only our own images, but all entries.
