Greetings!
Ho, ho... the mistletoe... or at least that's how the song goes! Who in their right mind ever wrote such nonsense? Was it that guy with a white beard and a red suit-- or some crazy guy who wanted to kiss every girl that stopped under the mistletoe? Who knows. I hope that your holiday season was a busy one, and that you were able to apply to your business and get some use out of all of the things that you learned while attending PPLAC meetings. This past year we witnessed more photographers achieving merits in the Digital Photo Competitions, which means that you have been listening to what the judges had to say. Congratulations! That's what PPLAC is all about: improving you photography. We have some new volunteer board members joining us, and the vibe is electrified with more ways to improve our programs. So mark your calendars for our Open House this January and RSVP Sharon Lobel so we can order scrumptious food and get the winning photographer of the year plaques ready. That night, you can witness for yourselves how great it is to be a part of PPLAC. In the meantime, enjoy that new camera, new phone, or new car-- and if you didn't get any of those things, don't worry: the biggest gift of all are your friends at PPLAC.
