Eastbay Youth All-American Bowl - Will Lawrence has been selected as one of the top 48 7th grade football players in North America to take the field on January 6, 2013 to participate in the annual Eastbay Youth All-American Bowl, which is the 7th grade version of the U.S. Army All-American Game. The game will take place in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas the day after the high school seniors play in the U.S. Army All-American game.

Offense-Defense Bowl Week - Colton Nash was invited to participate in the 7th-annual Offense-Defense Bowl Week festivities (December 26 - January 1) taking place at Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX.

2012 U.S. National Grade Chess Championships - Harding Academy Cordova Campus student Tanish has exemplified himself by placing 10th amongst 2nd graders from across the country in the 2012 U.S. National Grade Chess Championships. The Tournament was held November 30- December 2, 2012 in Orlando, FL. where Tanish played against a field of 155 other 2nd graders. He studied chess with Harding Academy's Chess Club during the 2011 - 2012 school year led by Mid-South Chess. He also attended the Mid-South Summer Chess Camp in June 2012.  We all join Tanish and his family in celebrating this achievement.

Harding Band and Chorus Delight Disney - The Harding Senior Wind Ensemble and the A cappella Chorus perform Christmas music for the audiences at Downtown Disney last Friday, December 7.

Attention parents of EC1, EC2, and PK students - we are offering Kindermusik for our youngest students (with parent participation) at Cordova and Cherry Road.  We have some new offerings: SoccerTots for PK students and Zumba at Cordova for grades 2 - 6. We are also adding guitar lessons at Cordova for grades 3 - 6. (White Station currently offers guitar lessons and there is one more space available!)
