Fund Version 10 Version 10 of fund accounting is being released with some new features: 1. Vendor Attachments: From the customer/vendor screen click on attachment on the left menu. You will first need to set up a central location on your c: or network drive where all documents will be saved (locate folder). Then use the add attachment button on the bottom.2. Vendor Comments Pop Up: This will allow a "message" to pop up from the batch screen when a customer/vendor is selected from the drop down. Simply check the box and enter in the comment you would like to appear like "Electronic Pay, enter E-check #"3. Positive Pay: Creates a file that you can send to the bank and they will only cash what checks are listed in that file. This is available under the checks option from the main fund desktop and then clicking on "check guard"4. Change Account Codes: from a posted batch you can click on edit batch, click on the "ChgA" button on the top left and now change the account code that was entered. Also, from the same screen you could change the comment, claim number, or project number.
5. Invoicing Module: If you currently use Banyon's Billing/Invoicing module, you now have the ability to allow customers to pay and view those invoices online. (This will be available in the next couple months after we test the interface)

Utility Billing Version 10 Beta (Still in testing phase) 1. Customer Pop Up: Like the vendor/customer pop up in fund accounting. When a customer is looked up in WinUB, a message will appear that you have chosen to display upon look up.
2. QuickBooks Interface (add on): new module will allow you to import your utility billing revenue directly into QuickBooks. ($495 one time fee)

Permits, Licenses, Violations Software Version 10 1. Inspection schedule now added to violations
2. Multiple Violations: Under periodic processing you can now
easily issue violations to multiple properties.
3. Daily interest has now been added to violations.
4. Septic tracking has been added under the zoning tab on the
property inquiry screen.
5. Sub contractor added under the contractor tab.
