**NEW MODULE**
Banyon has a new module in fund accounting that will import employee credit card purchases directly into a Banyon payment batch. For more details click here Cost of this module is $795 one time fee! **NEW MODULE**Banyon is working with Payment Service Network (PSN) to provide online bill presentment with the Billing/Invoicing Module of Fund Accounting. For those that are using the Invoicing Module, you will have the ability to allow residents to view the invoice online and make payment via e-check or credit card. Those transactions will then be download into a Banyon receipt batch in fund accounting. The regular cost of this module is $795, however if you are currently using PSN for Utility Billing, then it is only an additional $395 to add the interface.

**New Report**
 Taxes Billed Summary
Bills Top 10 and Top 10 with date range
These two reports can be activated from the main UB screen and right click, select setup, choose forms. In the far right column find bills top 10 and Top 10 with date range. Click on each to say yes. They are now available to run from the reports drop down on the main account screen.
Bills Top 10: Great report to run monthly because it will flag the highest ten bills and you can verify if someone really did have that high of a bill.
Top 10 with date range: This report allows you to input a date range and is great for year end if you need a report on the highest usage accounts. The report is separated by metered service and can also be sorted by account type (res, comm, if needed)

941 Employee Fica Rate is switched back to 6.2% from 4.2%. We have added a tool to create exceptions for 2% to add to the 4.2% FICA deduction if yours was not changed yet. Contact our support department for help at 800-229-1130.
Payroll Runtime 2010 Upgrade Technology keeps on evolving and so does BDS Software. Current versions of BDS applications are utilizing components of MS Office 2003 and though fully functional in the latest OS (Windows 8) together with MS products (Office 2010) will eventually get less compatible with newer OS and/or MS Office at some point in the future. For this simple reason, we would like our customers to gradually upgrade to version 10 of BDS applications, starting with BDS Payroll 10 which has been released since Fall 2012. For customers on BDS Payroll 6.094 released on/after December 2012, the below message will start showing after posting checks. And while it is not mandatory to upgrade right away, we are timing the number of releases to ensure the quality of support. We hope that our customers will download the update when suggested by state. Many customers have been asking about timecard software and if Banyon has anything. Yes, we do! Our electronic timecard software can function as a timeclock or set up each employee to enter hours on an electronic timesheet.
