Your choice is a responsibility that we take very seriously. We sincerely hope that you enjoy your Niner for years to come and that our ride quality, customer service and company ethos meet your standards every time you throw your legs over the top tube. 

 

A few things you may want to know about the Niner community and owning a Niner:

 

1. Anytime you have a question or a comment, feel free to reach out to us via email or phone (1-877-646-3792). Our rider service staff is friendly and available to help you Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm MST.

 

2. For most technical questions, the best resource is our Niner Encyclopedia. We believe that this is the best bike owner's manual in the industry and we take pride in keeping it filled with useful information about specs, installation and warranty.

 

3. Niner has a great Facebook page. Join the Niner Facebook community for inside info and swag and great pics from our photographer, Ian Hylands.

 

4. We are also working to create all new technical videos that will help you to adjust and maintain your Niner. We are just getting started, but we have two done and plan to follow up with videos that cover tech features for all of our models:
