Nurturing Community For Over A Century.
Connect.  Communicate.  Collaborate.

First and most importantly today, we wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to our extended community who took action to help spread the word about our dear friend's daughter, Alexis, who was missing.  Alexis has been found and is safe, and the collective sigh of relief in our community has been palpable.  We're glad Alexis is back.

This week, your Chamber is attending a number of important meetings and functions that help make us an authority in business and leadership in the Mid-Hudson Valley, and ultimately help you become so, too.

The Chamber Alliance of New York State or CANYS Annual Winter Conference is in Albany today and tomorrow.  With sessions about best practices, leadership, the State's economy, and public policy, we'll bring back useful and cutting edge information for our members.

Also today, we'll be attending the Ulster County Executive Mike Hein's State of the County Address where we expect to hear good things about business, education, and tourism in the area.  Additionally, we will be in attendance at the IDA public hearing this evening regarding the Park Point project as a witness to what our community  has to say.

Lastly, we have three, count 'em, three events coming up within the next week starting Thursday with our inaugural mixer for the HYPE, our young professionals networking group.  Friday, we have a business card exchange at Moxie Cupcake, and Monday, the WOW Factor meets for an informative session with Lorna Tychostup (see more about all of these events below).

See you at the Chamber!
