Reminiscent of 1990s teen romantic comedies, "Girltrash: All Night Long" takes the audience through a rock-filled, love-spelled, adventure-packed, lesbian evening in Los Angeles, California. Capitalizing on stereotypes, it is a wittily composed storyline that is sure to keep one laughing until the end-think Empire Records meets The L Word in the style of a pop-punk musical.

GIRLTRASH: All Night Long (2014) is the best film I have seen, so far, this year, and worth every penny of my $25 donation! This movie is funny, wonderfully charming, and, even inspiring with its message about risking everything and chasing your dreams, or your dreamgirl as the case may be.

This is it.  What some of us have been waiting 4 years for.  The movie we were promised, GirlTrash: All Night Long.  I saw the trailer over a year ago, and finally got the DVD this past Tuesday.  I've watched it THREE times already... And not just to get my money's worth (because who pays $30 for a movie anymore??  Let's be honest.. we torrent movies or wait until they are $5 at Walmart).  This movie is what I had hoped it to be.  This is my face while I'm watching:  :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

YES.  It looks like all those colons and capital D's.

The movie is so effing funny.

It is with your support that POWER UP exists. We have been overwhelmed with the amount of orders that came in and as an all-volunteer run non-profit company we have been trying our best to make this DVD an incredible offer.

As many of you may know, POWER UP is the only non-profit lesbian/gay/queer Production Company and Educational Organization making films and mentoring filmmakers along the way. Our mission is to promote the integration of gay women/men in the arts and one of the ways we do that is through our mentorship program.

 

Since our announcement in "Daily Variety" in 2000, POWER UP has produced 15 films, won countless national and international awards, premiered 5 films at the Sundance Film Festival, won the prestigious SXSW Film Festival, taught numerous succesful workshops, panels and classes, given support to a vast array of artists and mentored many more filmmakers on their films.

POWER UP films include: Jamie Babbit's "Itty Bitty Titty Committee," Angela Robinson's "D.E.B.S.", Colette Burson and Cherien Dabis' "Little Black Boot", Lee Friedlander's "Give or Take an Inch" and Jessica Sharzer 's "Fly Cherry."
