For the Observance of a Holy Lent:
  • Prayer Group with Bp. Itty (Tuesdays, 10:30-11:00)
  • The Reconciliation of a Penitent (Confession) by appointment with Bishop Itty.
  • The Atlantic Deanery Lenten School of Spirituality 
    at St. Peter's on Tuesdays in Lent. (Last session.)
  • Morning Prayer on Monday and Wednesday in the Lady Chapel at 9am.
Troop 43 wants to honor its 59 Eagle Scouts with a Memorial Plaque that will be located in the Narthex of St. Peter's.


The cost of the plaque is $1,500 and we have raised $750 so far and we need help raising the rest of the funds. Please help support this worthy cause. Troop 43 thanks you for your support. Please see below.

EASTER FLOWER MEMORIALS . . . If you would like to remember deceased loved ones in the Easter Flower memorials, please be sure to have your request in the parish office no later than next Sunday, March 20, Palm Sunday! The forms have been mailed to the parish mailing list, and copies are available in the narthex.
 
WANTED: EASTER BASKETS! Lent is here... and Easter is not far behind! There are children currently residing at the Domestic Violence Safe House/Homeless Shelter here in Bay Shore who have recently experienced family crises. We can help them enjoy Easter by providing them with Easter Baskets, as we have done for over 20 years, thanks to the generosity of our parishioners. Make your own; or buy a pre-made basket; or perhaps donate some wrapped candy to be put into baskets. All donations are accepted and appreciated!
