Wine & Microbrew Tasting May 18th

Join us for our 5th Annual event.  We will sell out!

In the mood for trying a vast array of wines?  How about tempting your palate with a selection of some of the best microbrews around?  And for a little added feature, why not some fine food to go along with the liquid refreshment?

Join us for the Chamber's 5th Annual Wine and Microbrew Tasting on Friday evening, May 18th!  The event will be at One Cottage Street (corner of Cottage & Union Streets) and doors open at 6:00 P.M.  and, by popular request, we've extended the time by 30 minutes!

Westfield Spirit Shop and Big E's Supermarket will be providing well over 50 wines and microbrews for you to sample. Log Rolling catering from the Log Cabin & Delaney House will provide a selection of fine hors d'oeuvres to complete your tasting experience.

The Chamber's thanks goes out to Easthampton Savings Bank our Major Sponsor who will also provide attendees with a souvenir wine glass featuring the Easthampton Bear Fest 2012 logo.  We also thank Event Sponsor, Innovative Business Systems and our Benefactor, Finck & Perras Insurance. The committee's  special thanks are extended to  Riverside Industries, inc. for the use of their facilities.

Don't delay. Get your tickets today, or call the Chamber office at 527.9414.

It will be one great time!

Member News: Bear Fest 2012--The Unveiling

ECA+ logoEasthampton City Arts+, organizer of Bear Fest 2012, announces the June 9 unveiling of 92 bears that have been creatively transformed by locally and nationally-known artists and can be seen throughout the city.

Forty large- and medium-size bears will be displayed on the streets of Easthampton, and table-top bears will be displayed by various local businesses. The event will include food, music, and more throughout the day.

The 2009 Bear Fest was a tremendous success, raising over $60,000 for local arts programs, artists, and organizations and earning ECA an MCC Gold Star award. Displayed throughout the major streets of the city, the bears are expected to bring thousands of visitors to the streets of Easthampton during the summer of 2012. They will then be auctioned off at a September gala at the Log Cabin Banquet and Meeting House.

For more information about the unveiling activities and other Bear Fest 2012 events throughout the summer, or to volunteer for or sponsor Bear Fest, visit Easthamptonbearfest.com or contact ECA+ at 413-527-8278.
