Help us celebrate our newest Silver Beavers at the Annual Meeting & Recognition Dinner! Adult volunteers are important to the Scouting program as they help teach values and build character in our youth. The council honors this effort annually with the Silver Beaver Award, the highest recognition a council can bestow upon adults for their service to Scouting.

ArrowTour Arrives At Beaumont June 25
 2015 marks the Order of the Arrow's (Scouting's national honor society) 100th anniversary. The Order of the Arrow and its members will commemorate this exciting milestone with a cross-country tour. ArrowTour is stopping at Beaumont Scout Reservation on June 25 from 1-5:30 p.m. All Scouts and non-Scouts are welcome to attend this free event as we celebrate the heritage of the OA. The tour includes interactive exhibits as well as a chance to meet some of the OA's national youth leaders.

Scouts Needed For 133rd Annual VP Parade
 Help us put Scouting in the spotlight by volunteering for the 133rd Annual VP Parade, which will be held July 4, 2015 in Forest Park. For the event, Scouts are needed to lead and help hold signage for parade participants. This televised parade is just over a mile in length and Scouts would be asked to walk the duration of the route and wear field uniforms.
