Grab your poles and join us for the annual fishing day at S bar F Scout Ranch on Saturday, May 2! Fishing day is open to Webelos, Boy Scouts and Venturers and is free to all participants. Attendance prizes will be given, and coffee and donuts are provided.

What's Happening...
One Week Left To Sell Camp Cards

Scouts participating in the annual Camp Card program have just one week left to earn money towards camp and other Scouting equipment. Any unsold Camp Cards can be returned without penalty by March 31 to a council service center. For more information, visit the Camp Card page.

STEM on CAMPus

We just added a brand new camp for summer! Join us June 2-5 for the new STEM on CAMPus at Southeast Missouri State University. This Boy Scout summer camp offers program sessions to work on merit badges or NOVA awards. Extracurricular fun will happen each evening such as ropes course, team-building games, and more. Participants will stay in a campus dorm with all meals provided. Scouts can come with their Troop or be a part of a provisional group. University faculty and staff will be present to help facilitate programs. For a list of potential badge offerings or to register, click here. 

Catholic Cub Day

All Cub Scouts, Webelos, leaders and parents are invited to join other Catholic Cub Scouts and families for a day of faith and fun on Saturday, March 28 at Cub World at Beaumont. Scouts will participate in age-appropriate activities and several requirements for faith-based patches can be achieved. The day is designed for Catholic Scouts, but Scouts of all faiths are welcome to attend! Learn more

Test Your Marksmanship at Shoot-O-Ree
Cub Scouts can test their skills on activities such as marshmallow shooting and water balloon launching while older Scouts can try their hand at tomahawk throwing or catapult launching-- and much more!

The Shoot-O-Ree is Saturday, May 2 at Beaumont Scout Reservation. The event is open to Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturers and Scout-age siblings. Read more and register...
COR Training Scheduled For March 30
Learn about the important role of a charter organization representative on March 30, 6:30 p.m., at Parkway Northeast Middle School. This course will train these valuable leaders to help their programs achieve their full potential. The training is open to all CORs as well as any interested adult Scouter. Register by March 27.
Skilled Tradesmen Work Day
S bar F Scout Ranch is in need of volunteers for its annual work day scheduled for May 9, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Units or adults are welcome to help out and anyone who participates will be offered free camping at the Ranch Saturday evening. Participants can spend Sunday enjoying activities such as hiking or fishing at the Ranch. Volunteers interested in donating time and/or supplies should email Rich Ranosh at [email protected] by April 30.

Merit Badge SashMERIT BADGE SKILL CENTERS -- Upcoming merit badge skill centers include LawMotorboatingPets,  Railroading, Scuba Diving, and Stamp Collecting.
CAMPERSHIPS -- Lack of funds should not keep a Scout from going to camp. Camperships provide assistance. Download and submit an application by April 1.
