Program Preview is under way this week! Click on your district in the left column for information on dates, times, and locations. Make sure your district is represented at this meeting so you have all the information to plan an exciting program year for your unit. The 2014-15 Program Guide is mailed to registered leaders who are entitled to receive a free subscription to the Duffle Bag newspaper and paying subscribers. Volunteer For Fair St. Louis
 Fair Saint Louis is looking for local Scouts and Venturers age 17 or older to volunteer to help direct traffic in Forest Park from 8 a.m. to midnight on July 3, 4, and 5. There will be adult supervision. Scouts can earn 10 service hours for each shift (including travel and waiting time before and after the actual shift). Each Scout volunteer receives a parking pass, T-shirt, reusable water bottle, bag to carry belongings in, a meal for each shift worked, and a commemorative 2014 Fair Saint Louis pin. Cast a Line at Fish Camp
 The entire Swift Base at S bar F Scout Ranch will be dedicated to Fishing Camp July 20-26! Participants will be placed in patrols and troops under the leadership of experienced adult leaders who will help guide them through the week. BSA Certified Angler Instructors will be leading many of the educational sessions while members of the Swift Base Camp Staff will be leading many of the competitions and recreational programs.The program is a place where Scouts can relax, focus on the development of a life-long hobby, and explore the opportunities provided in Fish and Wildlife Management. World Jamboree Registration Open The 2015 World Scout Jamboree Registration System is now live and available through www.scouting.org/worldjamboree. In 2015, more than 30,000 Scouts and leaders from 161 countries around the world will converge on Kirara-hama, Yamaguchi, Japan, for the 23rd World Scout Jamboree. Part-Time Customer Service Specialist Wanted
The Greater St Louis Area Council is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong commitment to service. Excellent external as well as internal customer service skills are critical to this position. On a daily basis it will be necessary to process incoming mail, handle cash customers, answer customer questions, transfer incoming calls, and possess a self-awareness of prioritizing duties as assigned. Qualified candidates should have proficiency of Word, Excel, and Access. 30 hours per week at the MacArthur Service Center. Apply here.
Sign Up For Summer Camps
The Greater St. Louis Area Council conducts a variety of summer camp programs for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Venturers. Don't let your Scout miss out on all of the fun!
MacArthur Service Center Note West Pine Boulevard will be closed to regular thru traffic June 16-19. Staff and volunteers will be able to access the Greater St. Louis Area Council as long as they notify construction staff that they are going to the Boy Scouts of America office. Delays are possible.
