Help us celebrate the role all leaders play in building better Scouts by joining us for the Council Annual Meeting and Recognition Dinner on Wednesday, June 4 at the St. Louis Airport Marriott Hotel. The highlight of the evening will be recognizing the council's 2014 Silver Beaver recipients, the highest recognition a council can bestow upon adults for their service to Scouting. Make your reservation online.
One Good Turn Deserves Another
If you plan to attend the council's Memorial Day Good Turn at Jefferson Barracks or with the Jewish Relationships Committee, please remember to bring a canned or non-perishable food item.
Our council's Scouting For Food drive in November fills a tremendous need during the holiday season but over the summer months, many less fortunate kids who rely on free or reduced school lunches do not have that option. Help us keep their bellies full all summer long by bringing a canned food item to the Memorial Day Good Turn.
Parent & Pal Offers Fun Weekend For Scout and Parent
Looking for a great way to spend fun, quality time with your son? Attend a Parent & Pal weekend this summer! Formerly Dad & Lad and Mom & Me, Parent & Pal is for Cub Scouts of all ages and their parents and offers a fun weekend program of archery, BB guns, swimming, canoeing, fishing, and campfires at our great camps. Both parents can attend if they would like. (Don't forget Father's Day is June 15. Parent & Pal would make a unique gift and a great way to spend time with dad.)
