Greetings!
All of our 2013 Eagle Scouts are invited to attend the Annual Eagle Recognition Dinner on May 14. This prestigious event, held at the Chase Park Plaza, is free for all 2013 Eagles plus one parent, but the deadline to register is April 30! One additional ticket can be purchased per Eagle Scout. Sign up now for the Eagle Recognition Dinner.
If your Scout hasn't achieved Eagle yet, be sure they register for Boy Scout Summer Camp where they can earn a variety of merit badges while having the time of their life. There is even an Eagle Trail Camp specifically designed to help Boy Scouts advance toward the rank of Eagle. Cub Scouts can earn pins and belt loops at one of our 50 day camps this summer. Find one near you!

Memorial Day Good Turn
The Jewish Relationships Committee Annual Good Turn will also occur on Sunday, May 25 to place flags on the graves of Jewish War Veterans at 7 Jewish cemeteries. One Good Turn Deserves Another Our council's Scouting For Food drive in November fills a tremendous need during the holiday season but over the summer months, many less fortunate kids who rely on free or reduced school lunches do not have that option. Help us keep their bellies full all summer long by bringing a canned food item to the Memorial Day Good Turn.
