American Legion Seeks Eagle Scout Of The Year Nominations

The American Legion Department of Missouri annually selects the American Legion Eagle Scout of the Year. The winner receives a $500 scholarship and is forwarded for the national competition. The 2014 National American Legion Eagle Scout of the Year winner receives a $10,000 scholarship, with three national runner-up awards of $2,500 each. Click

Beaumont Scout Reservation Access
Beginning today, Jan. 27, the bridge south of the Beaumont Scout Reservation entrance on Antire Road is closed for construction for approximately two weeks. For this reason, access to Beaumont is ONLY available from the Hwy 44/Beaumont-Antire Rd. exit. The bridge is expected to re-open on Monday, Feb. 10, barring any interruptions from weather.
