Promontory Point Capital
Completes Financing for Arandell

Milwaukee-based Arandell Corporation is one of the nation’s leading producers of high quality catalogs and brochures with a strategic focus on upscale retailers and direct mail merchandisers located throughout the United States. To attract sophisticated and discerning customers, leading retailers rely on Arandell for their marketing and collateral expertise including strategic catalog design, production, and direct mailing services. With increased demand for the Company’s specialized capabilities, Arandell Corporation engaged Promontory Point Capital to lead a financing initiative to better position the business for future expansion. Given the Company’s growth track and longer-term objectives, PPC identified a multi-pronged funding solution that would encompass an asset-based lender to primarily address working capital needs, a specialized equipment lender with printing industry experience, along with a source of institutional capital to support organic growth and potential acquisition opportunities. The Company’s new capital structure led by The Private Bank is augmented by CapX Partners, Spell Capital, and Farragut Capital Partners.

"Our new capital structure arranged by PPC provides Arandell financial flexibility and allows us to reinvest into the Company."
