La Bastide Saint-Dominique has increased their popularity and quality over the years and Eric Bonnet, pictured to the left, is largely responsible! The estate is well-known for their stunning Châteauneuf-du-Papes that are closely followed by consumers and wine critics alike. Robert Parker, of the Wine Advocate, is a big supporter of La Bastide Saint Dominique calling it an "up-and-coming, increasingly serious estate" and they are also one of Jancis Robinson's favorite producers in the southern Rhône.
