Six years ago we began importing Domaine Notre Dame des Pallières and their flagship wine, Gigondas. Soon we discovered the rest of their portfolio and realized the outstanding quality being produced. Their wines come from a French appellation in the southern region of the Rhône Valley that dates back to the Roman Empire. The estate has been with the Roux family for many generations and they have used and improved on traditions and methods that have made them successful vintage after vintage.

Côtes du Rhône Sablet Blanc 2013
  
This wine benefits greatly from the Sablet terroir (sandy soil and a Mediterranean climate) and is a blend of 50% Clairette, 20% Marsanne, 20% Rousanne and 10% Viognier. A powerful white wine that tastes like a mini Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc!

Rosé de Gigondas 2014
  
A blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault whose nose is intense with aromas of red fruit such as redcurrant and raspberry that recur on the palate. The taste is highlighted by roundness followed by a long finish. An Exceptional Rosé with a lot of power behind it that makes it a great companion with a wide variety of dishes with complex flavors.

A blend of 60% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 5% Cinsault that is medium to full bodied with distinct earthy notes. Dark plum lingers on the palate with a long finish and smooth, but firm tannins.
