30 Years!!! The crown has returned at last. I vividly recall when the Royals won the 1985 World Series Championship. I was just 19. Fast forward to 2015. What an emotional rollercoaster our Boys in Blue put us through... Whew!!!!!! It was an intense, madcap thrill ride worth every heart-in-throat, toe tingling moment. The highlights included an inside-the-park homerun, savvy base stealing, incredible defense, the ability to capitalize on our opponents’ errors, and #KeepTheLineMoving base hitting that resulted in no less than eight Postseason comeback victories.
And to the fans of the Houston Astros, Toronto Blue Jays, and NY Metz—I hope you’ll forgive me for my exuberance.
