Principal's Message
Only 6 more days until summer vacation for the kids!  Help us by trying to keep your child on a schedule and remind them to continue to follow school rules.  We want all students to enjoy the fun activities scheduled for the last 3 days, but we also need to make sure all students are safe while having fun! Report Cards will be printed next Wednesday and sent home one of the last 3 days of school.  Thanks in advance for your understanding and support.
Carnival was a blast!
Thank you to our amazing PTO for putting this on for our families and community!

Team Building

Mix it up lunch - kids were allowed to sit anywhere in the cafeteria during lunch.  Students were encouraged to sit with new people and conversation starters were on the tables. Students also worked on completing their Keep Kindness Going Scavenger Hunt!
Students have turned in Rachel's Challenge kindness links for the past 2 years.  At our fall Rachel's Challenge Assembly each student estimated how many times the kindness links would wrap around our school to give it a big hug of kindness.  We received many encouraging and optimistic guesses (11, 230 / 570), but only 1 student guessed it would go around 1 time.  The links actually went around the school 1.5 times, but it was the closest with out going over and the winner was Conner Burskey.  Congratulations Conner!!!!

Officer Phil Visits our Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders

Gold Slips
Gold Slips are given to students by staff members for many reasons. May Gold Slips will be given for showing the character trait of Respect.  Students can demonstrate this trait by using good manners, treating others like the way they want to be treated, and deal peacefully with anger.Students come to the office and put their gold slip in our Treasure Box. Every Friday, Mrs. Bray picks 15 -20 Gold Slips from the Treasure Box and calls those students to the office for a prize. Congratulations May 13th Gold Slip Winners -
